Thirty days to change your mind.

1. The 30-day guarantee

Every eligible purchase from Beomma LLC is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee. The window starts on the purchase date for software and digital products, and on the delivery date for physical goods. You do not need to justify the request, although the reason helps us improve the product.

2. SaaS subscriptions

• First payment on a new subscription is fully refundable within 30 days.
• Renewal charges are not automatically refundable, but if you cancel within 7 days of a renewal and have not used the service in that period, we refund it in full.
• Annual plans cancelled after the 30-day window are refunded pro rata for full unused months, at our discretion, when the cancellation is due to a fault on our side.
• Cancelling stops future billing immediately. Access remains until the end of the paid period.
• Setup, migration or custom development fees already delivered are non-refundable.

3. Digital infoproducts

Courses, playbooks, templates and memberships are refundable within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions:

• No more than 40 percent of the lessons or files have been accessed or downloaded.
• No completion certificate has been issued.
• The materials have not been shared, resold or redistributed.

Access is revoked when a refund is issued, and continued use of the materials after a refund is a breach of our Terms of Use. Memberships billed monthly can be cancelled at any time and the current month is refundable within 30 days of the first payment.

4. Physical products

Standard returns

• Request the return within 30 days of delivery.
• The item must be unused or lightly tested, complete with accessories, and in its original packaging where possible.
• We provide return instructions and the correct address. Do not ship before receiving them.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are not refunded.
• The product value is refunded in full once the item arrives and passes inspection.

Defective, damaged or incorrect items

• Report within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging.
• We send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping, at your choice.
• Return shipping in these cases is always paid by us.

Not returnable

• Custom or personalised items made to your specification.
• Items with a broken hygiene seal, where applicable.
• Items damaged by misuse, accident or unauthorised modification.

5. Custom services

Development, consulting and other custom work is billed by scope. Work already delivered and accepted is non-refundable. If an engagement is cancelled mid-cycle, you are billed only for the work completed up to that point and any unused prepayment is returned within 10 business days.

6. How to request a refund

• Email help@beomma.com with the subject "Refund Request".
• Include the purchase email, the product name and the order or invoice number.
• For physical items, add photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
• We approve or explain within 2 business days.

7. Processing and timelines

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different method.
• We submit the refund within 3 business days of approval, or of receiving a returned item.
• Banks and card networks usually post the money within 5 to 10 business days, and up to two billing cycles in a few countries.
• Refunds are issued in the original currency. Exchange-rate differences and bank fees are outside our control.

8. Exceptions and abuse

The guarantee exists to protect honest buyers. We may decline a request where there is clear evidence of abuse, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles on the same or related products, mass downloading of course material before requesting a refund, redistribution of licensed content, or violation of our Terms of Use. In those cases we explain the decision in writing.

Where consumer protection law in your country grants you stronger rights, such as a statutory withdrawal period, those rights apply in addition to this policy.

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Chargebacks take weeks and often end in a worse outcome for you than a direct refund, which we can usually process the same week. Accounts with an open chargeback are suspended until the dispute is resolved.
